Water and the Land website (Bureau of Meteorology)

The Water and the Land pages present an integrated suite of information for people involved in primary production, natural resource management, industry, trade and commerce.
The site integrates information from diverse Bureau services and presents links in groups organised by weather elements, including rainfall, cloud, temperature, wind, pressure, El Niño and La Niña, humidity, evaporation and sunshine. Bureau pages that combine information for a range of weather elements are linked from the group called 'Weather & Climate'.

Climate Change in Queensland (Queensland Government)

Climate Changes is the Queensland Governments' new climate change portal. The Queensland Government launched the Queensland Climate Change Centre of Excellence (QCCCE) on 15 March 2007, and developed ClimateSmart Adaptation 2007–12, its action plan for building the state’s resilience to climate change. The web sites provides a single point of access to Queensland Government climate change information and science
tools for self-assessment of risk and vulnerability to climate change.

Worst drought ever for Brisbane dam catchments

In March 2007, the Queensland Climate Change Centre of excellence (QCCCE) indicated in its report 'The South East Queensland Drought to 2007' that the current drought is the worst on record for the catchments of the Wivenhoe, Somerset and North Pine dams.
